Bid on Bexley: Watercolor Auction Now Open<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re thrilled to share a special opportunity to celebrate Bexley, support your library, and take home a one-of-a-kind piece of local art.
The Friends have received a generous donation of eight original watercolor paintings by local artist Phoebe Kellerman, created as part of the Love Your Alley initiative. Each piece captures the beauty of Bexley\u2019s alleys \u2013 those hidden, everyday spaces that connect our community in meaningful ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online Auction Now Open<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All eight paintings are available through our online auction, with proceeds directly supporting library programs, resources, and outreach. Each painting has a \u201cbid now\u201d and \u201cbuy now\u201d option! Bidding is open now and will continue through Friday, May 22<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holiday Hop Pop Up Book Sale<\/strong>
The Friends will be joining Bexley\u2019s Main St Holiday Hop on Wednesday, Dec 3rd, 6-8PM. We have pulled some GREAT, gift-able books, holiday themed books, and our ever-popular Blind Date Books: Holiday edition! Items will be priced as marked \u2014 and always a great bargain! The\u00a0Bexley Library has loads of fun activities planned for the evening, so bring the whole family out for some holiday fun and shopping!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025 Friends Annual Meeting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Join us for our Annual Friends Meeting, happening Sunday, December 17th at 2:00PM in the Quiet Reading Room at our beloved Bexley Public Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will discuss our group\u2019s accomplishments in 2025 and some goals for 2026. We will also elect our new Board Members for 2026. All Friends Members are encouraged to attend and find out more about our organization\u2019s work. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at admin@friendsbexlib.org. As a reminder, we will have a special MEMBERS ONLY preview sale to kick off the event on Thursday, 11\/6, 5-7PM. Please note that you MUST have a current Friends Membership in order to shop the preview!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
