Fall/Winter 2023 Book Sale
We are excited to announce that the Friends of the BPL Winter BookSale will take place December 7-10. As you may know, we will need volunteers before, during, and after the sale — from 12.2 -12.11. We would love for you to consider volunteering for a shift or two to help out — as a reminder, all shift volunteers receive a free book!
Setup: We need volunteers to help set up the sales floor on Saturday December 2nd and the morning of Monday December 4th.
During the Sale: We also need volunteers to walk the floor of the booksale and to run the registers Friday through Sunday and on the members’ preview night on Thursday (which opens at 5PM this time). Later on Thursday night the public is welcome from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Friends Board Meetings
Third Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM
Meetings are held in the library board room and occasionally via Zoom. All members are welcome to attend. Contact us at admin@friendsbexlib.org if you would like to attend a meeting.
